Return & Exchange Policy

Our Promise

Every item is printed on-demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or color preference. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Misprinted (wrong design, incorrect colors)
  • Defective (holes, stitching failure)

Email us at hello@tinyhumantamer.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue

We'll reprint and reship your order at no charge.

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we'll reship for a $5 re-shipping fee. If the package is not returned, we cannot replace it — so please double-check your address at checkout.

Gift Orders

If you received a Tiny Human Tamer item as a gift and there's an issue, the gift-giver's order number is needed to process a replacement.
