Sizing & Fit

Q: How do your tees fit?
A: Our Comfort Colors tees are vintage-washed and run slightly oversized — true to the "comfy Saturday" feel. We recommend sizing down one size if you prefer a fitted look. Full size charts are on every product page.

Q: Are the hoodies true to size?
A: Yes — our premium hoodies (Bella+Canvas / Lane Seven) run true to size with a relaxed fit. Perfect for layering over a long-sleeve.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days, then transit time adds 4-7 business days for standard shipping within the US. Total: about 7-12 business days from order to door.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently US only. International shipping coming soon.

Q: Can I get it in time for Teacher Appreciation Week?
A: Order by April 28 to receive before May 4. We recommend express shipping for orders after April 25.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Because every item is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for size exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong — we'll reprint and reship at no charge. Just email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Gift Giving

Q: Can I send directly to a teacher as a gift?
A: Yes! Enter their address at checkout. We include a packing slip but no pricing. Add a gift note in the order notes field.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for school gift coordinators?
A: Yes — orders of 10+ items get 15% off. Email us at hello@tinyhumantamer.com with your school name and quantity.
